How do I start listening to ASWAT FM?

Simply open the app and tap the play button. The radio will start streaming immediately. No account or login required!

Why is the audio buffering or cutting out?

Audio buffering is usually caused by a slow or unstable internet connection. Try connecting to a stronger WiFi network or moving to an area with better cellular coverage. You can also try closing and reopening the app.

Can I listen to ASWAT FM in the background?

Yes! You can continue listening while using other apps or when your screen is locked.

Does ASWAT FM use a lot of data?

Streaming radio uses approximately 40-60 MB per hour. We recommend using WiFi when possible to avoid exceeding your mobile data plan.

The app isn't working. What should I do?

No Audio / Silent Playback

• Check your device volume and ensure it's not muted
• Disconnect any Bluetooth devices and try again
• Check that no other apps are using the audio output
• Restart the app and try playing again

App Crashes

• Update to the latest version of the app
• Restart your device
• Clear the app cache (Android: Settings > Apps > ASWAT FM > Clear Cache)
• Reinstall the app if the problem persists

Playback Controls Not Working

• Check notification permissions for the app
• Ensure background audio is enabled in your device settings
• Restart the app to reset playback controls

iOS Users

• Minimum Requirements: iOS 13.0 or later
• Lock Screen Controls: Swipe down from top-right or up from bottom to access Control Center
• Background Audio: Automatically enabled - just press the home button or lock your screen

Android Users

• Minimum Requirements: Android 6.0 or later
• Notification Controls: Pull down from the top of your screen to see playback controls
• Battery Optimization: Disable battery optimization for ASWAT FM in Settings to prevent interruptions
